Step 2 Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Put the chicken on the broiling, put it on the prepared baking sheet. Broil chicken 4 inches from the heat, turning once for 10 minutes per side.

Step 3 Baste the chicken with the sauce and broil for few minutes. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter.

Step 4 In a small bowl, whisk together the tomato ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, spring onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper, stir in the scallions lime zest.
