You can use the camera to scan Equestria Girls dolls, vehicles and playsets featuring the horseshoe symbol (sold separately) to unlock outfits, accessories, characters and daily rewards. Once scanned, these characters will join your avatar on quests, unlocking new activities and bonus prizes as you play.

Create your own avatar with different hairstyles, clothes and accessories, unlock new rooms and play mini-games as you progress. There is also a photo booth mode so you can take pictures of your avatar and share them with friends.

The app is free to download and play. You can unlock extra items through gameplay, by scanning compatible toys or by buying virtual gems with real money. You can control or disable in-app purchases through your device settings and password options.

To achieve the best scanning results, keep both the device and the toy steady and point the camera directly at the horseshoe symbol. An internet connection is required for downloads, updates and purchases. Children should ask a parent before making any purchases or downloads.
