Parental Controls Policy

This Parental Controls Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products, applications, services, and websites (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by Skich (hereinafter "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy applies to all of our Services unless specified otherwise. Please also read Skich's Terms of Services, which describes the terms under which you use our Services.

Skich is committed to fostering a safe and age-appropriate environment for all users, including families and younger users. We recognize the importance of empowering parents and guardians to make informed decisions about the content and applications their children can access, and we are continuously working to develop and improve the tools, policies, and safeguards that support this goal.

As our platform evolves, our approach to parental controls and age-appropriate content distribution will also continue to evolve. This Policy describes our current approach and will be updated from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. For the purposes hereof, the following terms and definitions are used:

Services – all products, apps, services and websites offered by Skich which may currently exist or be created later, including but not limited to:

• our website https://skich.app/ (hereinafter the “Website”),
• mobile application Skich Store (iOS, Android) (hereinafter the “Skich Store”),
• mobile application Skich – Find new games (iOS), Skich Game Launcher (Android) (hereinafter the “Skich Apps”).

2. AGE RATINGS FOR CONTENT

Applications and content distributed through Skich Store are generally accompanied by age ratings. These ratings are provided by application developers themselves, and/or by accredited third-party content rating organizations, where such ratings are made available to us.

Skich relies on the accuracy of the age rating information provided by developers and accredited rating bodies. We take reasonable steps to display this information within the Services.

3. ROLE OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

Parents and guardians play a central role in managing the content and applications accessible to children under their supervision. We encourage parents and guardians to:

• Review the age ratings and descriptions of applications before allowing a child to download or use them;
• Regularly monitor the applications and content installed and accessed on their child's device;
• Configure the device- and system-level parental control tools described in Section 4 below to match their child's age and maturity level.

We cannot guarantee that all content available through the Services will be suitable for every age group.

4. AVAILABLE PARENTAL CONTROL TOOLS

Parents and guardians can manage and restrict their child's access to applications and content in the Services using tools made available at the device and operating system level, including:

• Google Family Link, which allows parents to supervise account activity, set screen time limits, and manage app installations; and
• Native Android parental control and content restriction settings, which allow filtering of apps based on age rating and other criteria.

We recommend that parents and guardians set up and configure these tools directly on the device used by their child, in accordance with the instructions provided by Google and the device manufacturer.

5. EVOLVING FUNCTIONALITY

Skich may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, introduce, modify, limit, or discontinue parental control-related features and functionality within the Services experience. We are actively evaluating additional in-Services safeguards and controls for future releases, and this Policy will be updated to reflect any material changes.

6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

To the best of our knowledge we adhere to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which our Services operate, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations relating to age assurance, age verification, and the protection of minors.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

We may update this Parental Controls Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, functionality, or applicable legal requirements. We encourage parents and guardians to review this Policy periodically for updates.
