You are controlling the rails which are carrying precious gems.
There are different exits for rails carrying different gems. You have to direct the rails to their destination by selecting the desired rail and swiping across it to make it move in desired direction. Make sure there isn't any collision between the rails. Direct as many rails as possible to their exits.
