You step back into the role of CJ, returning home to San Andreas in the early '90s after years away, only to find that your family has been torn apart, your neighbourhood is in chaos and you have been framed by corrupt cops. What follows is a cross-state journey through cities, deserts, and the countryside, as you rebuild your crew, take back territory, and climb your way back to the top.

The full map is open, the missions are varied, and the freedom to drive, fight, explore, and cause trouble remains the main draw.
