FINAL FANTASY, the legendary first game of the series, has been remastered into a 2D pixelated world that comes to life with vibrant new graphics and sound! Immerse yourself in this iconic journey completely new and with a more enjoyable gameplay experience.


The story takes you on a journey to save the world as the Warriors of Light. The world was left in darkness when the four Crystals lost their energy. To bring back the light, the hope of humanity is pinned upon the ancient storytelling. The 2D pixel graphics have been recreated, giving the characters a fresh and familiar look. The original character designs were created by Kazuko Shibuya, the original artist and an active collaborator. Nobuo Uematsu oversaw the rearrangement of the soundtrack, which retains the faithful FINAL FANTASY style.


The gameplay has been improved to provide enhanced ease of play, featuring modernized UI, auto-battle options, touch controls, and other options. You can also delve into the game's world through the extra features like the bestiary, illustration gallery, and music player.
