Game overview
Fencing is a 'lost' game; the rules were first written in the science fiction book ‘The Shockwave Rider’ by John Brunner in 1975, and not developed since.
A strategy game of defence, attack, and bluff:
>>> battle for position by anticipating your opponent’s moves
>>> gain the advantage by attacking and defending
>>> capture the most territory to win the game
Based on rules lost for more than 40 years:
>>> first published in the 1975 science fiction book ‘The Shockwave Rider’ by John Brunner
>>> now available to play using the technology predicted in the book
Game modes:
Tournament mode >>> reach the rating of Ultimate Grand Master by playing 100 levels
One player practice mode >>> challenge the AI with unlimited games at 3 skill levels
Two player online mode >>> challenge your friends on different devices
Two player offline mode >>> share the same device
4 board sizes >>> small for a quick game, or large for a more challenging match
