Bella Wants Blood is a thrilling strategy game combining elements of roguelike and tower defense genres. The protagonist of the game is Bella, a charismatic yet eerie character, who demands blood to be fed by trapping players in her world. Players must place gutters and terrors strategically to eliminate Bella's friends and their grotesque minions. However, the ultimate objective is to prevent Bella's minions from reaching the end of the maze, or face her wrath, which could result in being trapped in her world forever. The game offers different paths for players to choose, each with its specific set of rewards and challenges. The players can pick between gutters, terrors, or powerful mementos to upgrade their abilities and confront different monstrosities in each journey. The monstrosities spawn at the end of the gutters, which requires players to choose to construct either a winding length of gutters or a short terror barrage gauntlet. Moreover, unlocking powerful new monstrosities, terrors, and mementos is possible by defeating Bella's horrific allies. Survival in Bella's game requires players to make smart choices and strategically use the rewards they receive. If players can succeed in Bella's game, they may have a chance of escaping her grasp. However, there is no guarantee they will ever be set free.
