The new BLOCKS app contains 4 child-friendly games to learn about the initial sound.
Working with the initial sound is for children an important step toward learning to read and write.
A prerequisite is that all concepts and images of the initial sound are well fixed, so an association of sounds and images is possible.
With the complete set to music exercises this app children can now work out the initial sound playing in their own pace. The four games with different exercise focuses give instant feedback, so that a self-correction is possible. Furthermore, children can so often auditioned every term until it was safe to learn.
Especially for children of non-German mother tongue or children with the priorities language is the app for initial sound an important addition to the initial instruction.
