In the era of great discoveries, Spain's Queen summons her loyal officer, Don Diego de Leon, and reveals the disappearance of an expedition seeking gold. With an unsettling sense of foreboding, the Queen entrusts her loyal Adelantado (governor and discoverer of new lands) with the task of not only finding the lost expedition, but also retrieving the valuable gold that will help the Spanish Treasury. During the meeting, a Minister secretly vying for recognition hires a thug, Pablo, to race Adelantado to the finish line. Together, both characters depart on their separate expeditions to uncover new untold adventures.
The primary goal of the game is to collect the desired amount of gold and free any remaining survivors from the expedition. The Neanderthals who reside in the mountains prove to be a hindrance, making new land opportunities a challenge, with only fighting as a viable option.
