Engage in epic real-time battles amidst tropical archipelagos and emerge as the ultimate commander in Tropical Stormfront, a thrilling Real-Time Strategy (RTS) game that is set against a tropical backdrop. Direct a wide variety of units, including Humvees, Tanks, Artillery, Helicopters, Planes, Ships, and Submarines, as you wage battles over land, sea, and air. Multiplayer is fully supported, enabling you to take on opponents over LAN and the internet, along with co-op multiplayer. There are 25 pre-set campaign missions that you can take command of, in order to fight battles for control of major islands and military structures that are located throughout the lush landscapes of the tropics. In addition to these, a random map generator is also available, and lets you partake in various scenarios such as capturing the flag, eliminating enemy forces, sea and air battles, defending against incoming troops, and tank fights. The game cleverly keeps track of your high scores and playing statistics as well. Tropical Stormfront features an extensive lineup of military hardware that is at your disposal. Expect to command battle tanks, missile tanks, artillery, general/commando units, aircraft carriers, cruisers, destroyers, submarines, transporters, fighter planes, apache helicopters, and airships. For added excitement, there’s also a fog of war/exploration fog that may impede your gameplay.
