The Shanarani Game

Shanarani app aims at preventing and combatting discrimination, and social exclusion due to gender identity through an educational game using examples from tv-series, movies, and commercials. Shanarani app is specially designed for young people, youth workers, and educators willing to play and learn more about gender stereotypes and how to combat gender-based discrimination, or willing to use it as an educational tool in youth centers, classrooms, and educational institutes.



The app is developed and designed in the context of the Erasmus+ Project “The Shanarani Youth-led Project” aimed at preventing and combatting discrimination, and social exclusion due to gender identity by developing educational tools that will help youth workers and other relevant professionals to build their knowledge and build their skills against gender stereotyping.
