Basic rules:
- The goal of the game is to color more squares than your opponent.
- Press and hold on an a tile that is pulsing your color to claim it.
- Get a three-in-a-row in a region and all 9 tiles in that region will change to your color.
- Successfully conquer three regions in a row and all 81 squares will become yours: an instant victory.
- Your opponent influences where you can play
- If your opponent, for example, places in the bottom-left square within a region, your next turn must take place somewhere in the bottom-left region. Your move in that region will decide your opponent's options
- If your opponent's move redirects you to a region with no available moves, you must play from the region that your opponent played from in their last move.
- If, after being sent back to where your opponent played from, there are still no options, you may play anywhere on the board that does not guarantee you a free three-in-a-row.
