Your adventure commences in the tranquil Homeland, gradually delving into a more profound story.

Design your own rider and trusty steed, roam expansive environments alive with everyday happenings and subtle enigmas, encounter unforgettable personalities, and face trials that influence the foundation of your saga.

Included at launch is Episode 1: Homeland.

You’re invited to experience the first three days for free, immersing yourself in the storyline’s beginning, core mechanics, and the serene world of Homeland.

To progress beyond, Days 4 through 10 can be unlocked within the game, granting access to the complete first episode. Optional in-game purchases provide additional narrative content.

This introductory episode establishes the Sound of Horses universe and delivers a full prologue. The peaceful horseback routine gradually unveils an emerging mystery, leading to a captivating cliffhanger that sets up future developments.

Episode 1 offers roughly six to seven hours of story-centric gameplay, with extra time available based on how thoroughly you explore.

Sound of Horses is an evolving series, with future episodes currently under active development and scheduled for release over time.

Each subsequent episode advances the plot and broadens the game’s world. These forthcoming chapters will be unlocked through in-game purchases, separate from Episode 1’s access.

Beginning with Episode 2: The Forest Guard, the narrative ventures into the Other Side—a parallel realm shaped by ancient lore and forgotten powers.

From there, your path weaves between the familiar rhythms of Homeland and the mysterious, shifting trails of the unknown beyond.

Even as you journey deeper into this mystic dimension, everyday life in Homeland persists, demanding your attention, choices, and care.

Throughout your quest, you’ll learn about distinct horse cultures unique to each region, each boasting their own customs, breeds, and competitions.

The planned chapters are as follows:

- Episode 1 – Homeland
Start your tale in the peaceful Homeland, where horse riding initially reflects daily life but gradually reveals unforeseen events. Days 1 to 3 are free to play, with the complete episode unlocking through in-game means.

- Episode 2 – The Forest Guard
Traverse dense woods and snow-dusted peaks, uncovering the secrets and traditions of the Forest Guards. Currently in development, scheduled for release in Q2 2026.

- Episode 3 – The Mystery of Draconia
Delve into ancient puzzles and compete in famed contests within a land steeped in myth. Also in development, targeting Q3 2026.

- Episode 4 – The Land of the Eagle
Train alongside steppe inhabitants and confront a final challenge of strength, trust, and skill against the legendary Eagle. Planned for Q4 2026.

Release dates are tentative and may shift as work proceeds.
