Tic Tac Toe is a Offline game two-player where the objective is to get three of your symbols (X or O) in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, on a 3x3 grid. Here's the basic setup:

Player 1 typically uses "X," and Player 2 uses "O." Players take turns marking an empty cell with their symbol until one player wins by getting three in a row, or the game ends in a draw if the grid is full and no one has won.
