From Healthy Minds Innovations, a nonprofit affiliated with the neuroscientific research center, the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, comes a first look, gamified experience to measure well-being in teens.
Each activity is used to measure the well-being of teens within the Healthy Minds Framework: Awareness, Connection, Insight and Purpose (ACIP). Designed for individuals aged 14-17.
In Meteor Mission, pilot your spaceship safely through a galaxy, collecting coins along the way! Participants can use their coins to buy ship decorations or other accessories. This activity measures patterns of thinking reflective of Awareness
In Circles you’ll complete a self-reflection activity where you'll position a circle to best express your relationship with other people or things.
