Freeze Them All

I'm a little wizard and
A chaser who catches monsters which have escaped from the magical world.
The magic I use is ice magic.
I can freeze anything just by touching it with a potion.

But there is one weakness.
Monster can't solve magic on its own, but other monsters can solve it.
