Within the Dino World, chaos is brewing as two warring factions engage in a fight for dominance: the BlackUnion, led by Commander Giganotosaurus and his bodyguard captain Smilodon Black, and MachineLegion, following the ruthless Legion Boss Terminator T-Rex. These groups leave destruction in their wake as they roam the continent.
Eventually, these factions' battle spills into Tyranno City, also known as the City of Peace. To stop them, T-Rex Red, who leads the elite squad of Tyranno City, aka the Storm Dragon, enlists the help of ancient Octopus and Triceratops of Double Target.
Meanwhile, some dinosaurs don't want to take any sides and live as nomads in the continent. Among them, Ancient King Kong, the Guardian of the Forest, and Alpha Megalodon, the Outlaw of the Sea, wander and protect their respective territories.
