What is the game "Clanger"?

It is not known the origin, but the rules are as follows:

It takes two games of cards (with jokers) for 4 to 6 people to play.

Each player receives 11 cards.

In the first round, you can only do two cracks.
Second, a set and a sequence (the sequence of which must be at least four cards).
Third, two sequences.
In round four, three cracks.
On Thursday, two cracks and a sequence.
In the last round, two threads and a set.

Note that in the first round, the number of cards used is 6, 7 are in the second, the third 8, fourth 9 and so on, until to 11.

During the rounds, when a person throws away a card, any one can get without having to turn, since "ask" the (s) is (s) above (s) if they are not interested.

Letters A through 10 are worth their number. Face cards (J, Q, K) are worth 10. Scattered worth 20.
