I'm brand new to game development and I'm working on a Breakout/Brick Breaker style game that LOOKS like an RPG of sorts.
This is an arcade style game with a few mini features like the following...
Destroy or Break enemies that move onto the screen instead of breaking boring old bricks that are static in their position.
Defend yourself with a shield instead of a paddle and block oncoming attacks instead of bouncing a ball around the screen.
That's it... It's that simple.
