Scoring 0 in a round is sometimes your only choice, but it is not common in Doker
Scoring is very dynamic (for example, there are 16 different non-zero scores for Two Pair)
Repeating a good roll from a previous round can often be scored in a different category
Includes Two Pair, Flush, and Straight Flush
