Greetings traveller, back in the 1980s I wrote, produced and coded a game so radical, so risky, so dangerous, so crazy, that the so-called powers that be became too scared to show it.

Only now, in the worst artistic drought
in indie game history, does the publisher come crawling back, cap in hand,
asking if your humble fabulist could retrieve Darkplace from the boxes in his basement and let it loose on its unsuspecting public.
That's you.
So here it is episode 1 of Darkplace Hospital
(new episodes will get released as soon as I've found the hard drives)

******* CONTROLS ********
MOVEMENT
- Tap and hold left side of screen for joystick
ATTACK
-Tap right side of screen
DODGE
- Swipe right side of screen in the direction to dodge (when bar is full)
PICK UP ITEMS + WEAPONS
- Swipe down over items to pick up
SPECIAL ATTACK
- Shake device when special bar is activated
Destroy water coolers to get random items/weapons (but only take a tiny sip)
