Geo Quiz" is an engaging game that tests your geography knowledge with a wide variety of interesting questions presented in both English and German. With approximately 800 multiple choice questions available, players will have hours of fun tackling the challenges. The questions are designed to be thought-provoking, with one correct answer and three wrong answers to choose from. Additionally, the game features image-questions, which gamers need to answer by observing the image being displayed (can be turned off by using the game settings).
The game features integration with Google Play Games, enabling players to compete with other gamers across the globe in multiplayer mode. Players can also battle against each other in single player mode with the help of a global high score system. The game also provides users with an opportunity to unlock achievements and earn experience points which requires signing in with a Google account.
In the single-player mode, players can play up to 15 different levels, with each level unlocking only when the player answers the question correctly. If users answer incorrectly, they will get a chance to answer a bonus question. When answered correctly, the player's score gets doubled, but if the bonus question is incorrectly answered, the score gets halved. The game also features a timer (can be turned off in the game settings), which limits each question to 30 seconds. The faster the question gets answered, the more points the player earns. Three different Jokers can also be used to assist them: 50:50, stop timer and new question.
In multiplayer mode, four gamers can play at a time, with each round consisting of five different questions to answer within 30 seconds per question. Players get a chance to attempt all five questions even if an answer is incorrect. Each question has an increasing score value, ranging from 100 to 500 and scored as extra points if the answer is correct. The player with the highest score at the end of the round wins, and the game finishes after a player earns five wins. Users can challenge their friends, search for nearby players or automatically search for players around the world with the Automatch feature. The option "Quick Multiplayer Game" also allows players to play one-on-one with an automatically selected opponent from around the world.
The game also provides options for customization, and users can turn on and off sound effects, choose the language of questions, and adjust the display of correct answers.
