Valiant Force 2 takes place a decade after the previous game, where the realm of Arathos is facing turmoil again. The guardian of the Crystal of Arathos, Leon Daracan, has vanished and Arathos is becoming vulnerable to external threats. The inhabitants of Arathos are divided, torn between their loyalty towards the Hero of Arathos against the accusations of betrayal. A brand-new heroine, Elise Arkwright, mashes against the perils of the realm together with her companions, Felix Vulcan and Maeve Astraea, striving to reestablish serenity and stability to the realm. As they discharge their duties to the realm, they will question their beliefs, alliances, and even the truth. Valiant Force 2 is a hotly anticipated sequel to the original free-to-play online Strategy RPG. It features new tactical twists on the familiar battle mechanics, as players engage in epic battles with demons, rebel knights, and savage beasts. The Classic Battle System is back, which relies on the classic turn-based battle system, with the added ability to customize the heroes using a broad assortment of runes and equipment. The Stronghold System and the Aura Trigger system both are back in this sequel. Valiant Force players know how good the Stronghold system and the Aura Trigger system work in combat.
