Tap on the coloured balls that match your opponents team member colours, the more that are together, the more health they'll lose.
There's settings for different game types ... for a challenge, and a longer game, try playing using the option where the balls give the current player some health (1/2 the amount of balls tapped) and take it away from their opponent.
Winning can either be achieved by removing the health from 1 , 2 , 3 or all 4 members of the opponents team (selectable on the settings screen).
