This is a free truck game.
You have two different modes in the game. First of the modes is story mode:
In story mode you begin from first day of your truck driving career. Day by day you improve your role in the company and you get more challenging missions.
The second mode is free ride mode:
In this mode you can pick one of the unlocked trucks and loads.
