Tic-Tac-Toe is the 2 player turn based game where each player chooses one of the marks (X or O) and puts their marks alternatively on the given board and the first player to place 3(for 3X3 tictactoe board) of their marks consecutively in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row is the winner.
