2 In each row and each column and each of the two diagonals, each height(number) occurs exactly once
3 A number at the edges indicates the sum of the heights of all visible skyscrapers, looking into the corresponding row and column
4 A skyscraper is visible if all skyscrapers in front of it are of lower height than its height
5 To feed a number into a cell, use the number pad at the bottom
