In Scary School Simulator 3D, you will follow the journey of Sakura, Eileen, Bianca, Akane, and Felicia – five friends who are forced to transfer to an abandoned high school due to renovations. But as they approach the school, they are met with an ominous sight: a creepy, eerie building surrounded by a graveyard and shrouded in darkness. Despite being scared of ghosts, these yandere girls must carry on with their activities within the spooky halls of this horror school simulator, unaware of the dark secrets that await them.

Throughout the game, strange symbols, ghostly apparitions, and eerie sounds will plague their days and nights. The horror intensifies when they uncover a journal detailing past experiments and the presence of a malevolent entity tied to the school's history. They must now strive to escape the labyrinth named James Brownstone High School while uncovering its dark history and the secrets that it hides.

Their investigations lead them to the school’s abandoned dormitory, where they encounter Alya – a Russian neighbor student who reveals the school’s curse. She reveals that this place has been cursed because of some forbidden rituals performed by the teachers. From that day, the ghosts like the kuntilanak, pocong, toilet head, old granny, headless ghost, and many more appeared seeking revenge and killing people. The game takes on the psychological horror movie feel, making it even scarier.

As they explore the open world together, they come across more eerie secrets, including ritualistic symbols and paranormal entities. The tension escalates when Eileen is thrown into the school’s prison for fighting, where she meets Ai and Cherry – two Korean high school girls who love anime horror stories.
