The story follows the five girl friends, Eileen the beautiful American woman, Bianca the Mexican cute girl, Akane and Sakura chan the Japanese students, and Felicia the Korean school student. as they escape from the labyrinth named James Brownstone High School, uncovering its dark history and boiled secrets. Strange symbols, ghost apparitions, and eerie sounds plague their days and nights. One day, the toilet is haunted by the cries of a woman, while the library becomes a place of zombie sightings. Sakura's high school has always been a place of mystery and horror tale. From the very first day, the school’s lethal atmosphere and eerie occurrences set the stage for a terrifying nightmare.

As the yandere girls explore the open world together, they discover a hidden object like a journal detailing past experiments and the presence of a malevolent entity tied to the school’s history. Their investigations lead them to the school’s abandoned dormitory, a former prison where they encounter Alya, a Russian neighbor student who unveils the school’s horror. She said that this place is cursed because of the teachers did some forbidden rituals. And since that day, the ghost started to appear.
