Press the screen left and right to move your ship, you resist the most away as possible avoiding all the ships that cross your path.
In case that the shock is inevitable you have at your disposal shields, which can use a limited number of times by pressing the "Icon Shield". You can recharge your shield number collecting more of them along the way.
