28 cards are arranged in a pyramid shape, the rest is left in the deck and can be drawn three at a time.
Marking two uncovered cards with sum of 13 removes them from the board. Jacks have value of 11 and queens count as 12. Kings can be removed freely. The goal of the game is to clear the whole pyramid as fast as possible.
