GeoNeoMetron is a logic-reaction game where an icon that represents one of various falling geometrical shapes has to be successfully clicked at the time the shape reaches the line without passing it.
The line responds to a failed click by moving upwards and successful click by moving downwards. When the line reaches the top field – the game is over. As the game progresses, shapes start to fall faster. The objective is to successfully click the correct icons according to the falling shapes in order to bit the high score.
There are three type of shapes (square, circle and triangle), which are falling one after another in random quantity from one out of three random straight trajectories. Icons has to be clicked according to a randomly generated task that is constantly changing throughout the game: color, shape or lane. “Color” – you have to click an icon that contains the same color of a falling shape, no matter the straight falling line of its trajectory. “Shape” – you have to click an icon that represents the same geometrical form of a falling shape, no matter the straight falling line of its trajectory. “Lane” – you have to click any icon that follows its line of trajectory, disregarding its shape or color.
Difficulty lies in icons being anchored in place whilst randomly falling shapes changing their color, as well as given tasks randomly generating over time, which plays a trick on mind that forces its logical thinking.
