for this purpose, this game has a unique gameplay mechanic. Helping a runaway balloon to escape the city will test your reflexes and mind. And by the way it is totally free(no ads)!
The baloon gets bigger as it gets higher and player needs to use left/right arrows to avoid obstacles. Also player needs to use up arrow to extract some gas and reduce the baloon's size.
There are different kinds of obstacles and projectiles which will keep you on the edge of your seat.
