First you need to plant your flowers on the field. Then you need to harvest them.
Optimize your use of the field so that you can plan as many flowers as possible.
After planting you "simply" need to harvest the flowers.
HOWEVER, and this is one challenging part of the game, you cannot move one square at a time, once you move in a direction you plant (or harvest) all the way till the end of the row/line.
MOREOVER, this is another challenging part of the game, once you start harvesting you cannot plant anymore.
