These Mutants consumed large amounts of food resources and destroyed the environment, forcing humans to abandon their once-beautiful home. Ozzy, among the other survivors, was left behind due to electricity outage. In an attempt to stop the rampant reproduction of Mutants, humankind launched a cobalt bomb, leading to extreme climate change and the end of human civilization. Decades later, global temperatures started to rise again, and the Daybreak League, a group of scientist survivors, set out to develop a treatment program for the Mutants, hoping to recover humanity from the brink of extinction.
