Tic Tac Toe Game

Tic Tac Toe Game (also know as Noughts and Crosses or sometimes X and O and Xs and Os) is a paper-and-pencil game for two players. In this game, two players play a game on a 3x3 grid where one of them is noughts and the other is crosses. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a vertical, horizontal or diagonal row wins the game.
