You can differentiate normal citizens and passengers easily. Normal citizens walks here and there. But passengers stay at one place and wav hand to tempo. When tempo reach near passenger, OK button appears. After clicking OK button you can see an arrow is showing destination direction. Drive tempo to that point and stop.
