The cup is divided into two phases, namely, the group stage and the knockout stage. In the group stage, you must finish either first or second to advance to the knockout stage.

The gameplay remains the same - to shoot, tap anywhere on the screen and hold to aim. Release to take the shot. To save, tap and hold the screen while controlling your goalie's movement towards the pointer, releasing it when you're ready to dive.

Here's a pro tip: refrain from always shooting in the same direction - the opponent's goalkeeper is clever enough to predict your every move. Just like in real penalty shootouts, keep yourself composed and kick like a true soccer star. When defending, a target will appear momentarily before the opponent footballer takes the shot, indicating the direction of the incoming ball. Can you feel the tension build up?
