Aperçu du jeu
The codebreaker tries to guess the pattern, in both order and color, within 12 turns.
Each guess is made by placing a row of code pegs on the code preparation area.
Once placed, the game provides feedback by placing from 0 to 5 clues next to the row with the guess.
A black clue is placed for each code peg from the guess which is correct in both color and position.
A white clue indicates the existence of a correct color code peg placed in the wrong position.
In this extended variant with five pegs and eight colors, there are 8^5 = 32768 different patterns (allowing duplicate colors). Which gives you hours of combining and guessing.
