Mancala

With only a few rules, it can be learned very quickly. Even children from 9 years get along well with it. It only requires a number space up to 72 (usually only up to 20) and simple additions. On the other hand, Mancala remains exciting for a long time. It has an undreamt-of depth in the long run, as evidenced by historical games.



Implemented here is the version with 6 pits and 6 pieces each. The app allows manual game play as well as playing against an AI that has a Minimax alpha-beta search algorithm. Both the depth of search and evaluation function can be individually adjusted via various parameters and thus generates a special access and stimulus.



All this, summarized in a small app, ad-free, free and without any data storage and permissions.
