In Hodgepodge Hunch, a collaborative board game with a hidden identity twist, players cooperate to create a delicious hotpot dish. To do so, the chefs, aided by the Spies, will venture into many dungeons to find the finest ingredients required to prepare the most scrumptious hotpot dish. But watch out, because danger is lurking. Among the players, there is a Spy working to sabotage your dish and topple your efforts. Can you discern who the Imposter is before it's too late? Game Rules: Hodgepodge Hunch assigns players to either the Chef or Spy group. Each team needs to complete certain objectives to succeed. The Chefs' goal is to create a top-notch hotpot. They travel to dungeons to gather ingredients and charms that can generate high scores when combined accordingly. Chefs can also prevent other players from adding ingredients to eliminate any risk of the final product failing. The Spy's objective, on the other hand, is to disrupt the Chefs' efforts by introducing forbidden ingredients to the hotpot. The Spy has to do this without drawing the Chefs' attention and secretly spread false rumors to impart mistrust. Bots and Solo Mode: You need not worry about finding enough players in Hodgepodge Hunch as bots can take part in the game. It includes bots in tutorials and solo play mode, giving novices the opportunity to practice and advance at their own pace. Plot: Hodgepodge Hunch is Kassarol's story, a retired hero who has to work at a hotpot shop. Kassarol enters the Hotpot Fest, where everyone is showing off their hotpot-making skills. The twist, however, is that the masterpiece is slowly turning into a revolting Hodgepodge. Kassarol finds it hard to believe that someone close is a Spy. The players become suspicious of their colleagues and their shop is facing a threat from demons, stalkers, and assassins. Can they find the Spy and win the Hotpot Fest while fighting off these threats? Embark on an intriguing food-themed adventure layered with deception and mystery. Spectator & Photos: Hodgepodge Hunch furnishes a distinctive spectator feature that lets non-players participate and comment. Interestingly, players can add their own photos as ingredients to the game, resulting in various gameplay styles. A streamer, for instance, can involve their audience in crafting interesting hotpots.
