Expedição Astellas

The Astellas Expedition game is intended to serve as a learning and engagement platform for employees who are starting their journey at Astellas or who are already part of the company, being able to pass on essential content about the company.
During the game, you take on the role of a specialist chosen to join the Astellas Expedition. Now, you are one of those responsible for helping to improve the health of people affected by the diseases triggered by the meteor shower on the planet.
To fulfill this objective, the player must visit the research centers present in each continent and help other specialists to promote care in the region. With each challenge you win, you receive a score based on your performance, and an amount of trophies for the ranking.
The challenges of each research center are presented through a trail of phases and portray the situations and adversities faced by the local team during their search for the objective of promoting the care of people. Each track focuses on one of the Astellas Onboarding themes.
These challenges have different formats and must be completed with a minimum score for the next phase to be released. By winning all the challenges in a location, a new part of the map is unlocked, bringing new content to the player.
Aside from the challenges that address Astellas content, the player must complete some research minigames related to the game's theme to unlock access to certain locations on its trail.
To finish the game and release the final storytelling, it is necessary for the player to win all stages of each research center, reaching the minimum level of points in each location and ensuring the health of the population.
As a complement to the game, there is a content library that can be accessed through the application and brings information about the content learned during the game and additional information about each subject.
After finishing the game, the player is free to repeat any challenge in order to increase the score, unlock an achievement or review some learned content.
