Cubeology is a challenging and addictive 3D puzzle game that will keep you entertained for hours. The goal of the game is to match pairs of cubes with matching designs, removing them from the game board until all the cubes are gone. Upon successful completion, players have a chance to gain gold, artifact fragments or whole artifacts. These are stored in the artifact compendium, providing bonus scores to match cubes with the same design as the artifact. The game comprises six different game types, each with its own leaderboard and weekly best time or score. These include Standard Game, Timed Game, Speed Cube, Cube Builder, Picture Search, and MatchIt! In Standard Game, you match 2 of the same design cubes until there are none left, earning extra points by matching multiple pairs in quick succession. There is no time limit, making it a great option for those who prefer a more relaxed gaming experience. In Timed Game, players match 2 of the same design cubes until there are none left. Initially, there is a 15-minute time limit to finish the cube. However, this time limit decreases by 5% each time you successfully complete the game, or it increases by 5% if you fail to complete the game in time. The fast-paced game of Speed Cube requires players to clear a small 3x3 cube block in 30 seconds, testing their quick thinking and fast reactions to top the leaderboard. Cube Builder challenges players to keep the block from being completed for as long as possible while earning as many points as they can. The memory version of the standard game, Picture Search, requires players to match hidden designs by clicking on the cubes in search of a match. The final game, MatchIt!, tasks players with finding and matching 2 cubes that have the same design as shown on the left of the screen, with a limited time to find them before losing 10% of their current score.
