The Battle of Gettysburg was considered the turning point of the American Civil War, taking place from 1st to 3rd July 1863 in Pennsylvania. It was the deadliest battle of the entire war, with the largest number of casualties. General George Meade's Army of the Potomac ultimately won against General Robert E. Lee's Confederate army, which marked the end of Confederate attempts to invade the North. The game accurately depicts the historical events of the battle and includes other smaller engagements that lead up to it.
