Check Maze is a chess-based puzzle game.
The goal of the game is to get your piece to safety by crossing a long chess board.
The part of the chessboard behind your piece is a moving red zone, so keep moving or you will lose. Enemy pieces are all over the board. So, you either have to take or escape them.
In the first stage of the game, you have to cross the board with the king. If you did that successfully, other pieces such as Pawn, Rook, Bishop, Queen and Knight will be unlocked. There are a lot of levels for each of the six pieces. All pieces move like normal chess, except for the pawn. It is a super pawn. It has a super power that allows it to move fast, two squares at a time.
Possible moves are automatically highlighted for you - a great way for chess players to practice the moves of the chess pieces.
