What you do know is that he left his apartment building, BirdHouse Flats, to you. But the place is a dump. It's no wonder all the tenants flew the coop! You'll have to make a much better impression if you want to attract any birds to this old birdhouse.



Fortunately I, Penny Parakeet, have stuck around to help! I'll show you the ropes. You'll need to collect rent, contract building supplies, ̶b̶r̶i̶b̶e̶ befriend your tenants with gifts, and earn favor. You'll also want to complete upgrade requests to earn your complex a better reputation. Word will spread, and you'll fill all your rooms and be a proper real estate tycoon in no time!
