Bidding Tic-Tac-Toe is a 2 player tic-tac-toe game.
The players have to do a silent bid for each turn, from a given pool of coins. The player who wins the bid gets the chance to play and the player who lost the bid gets the difference of bid coins.
If the game ends in a tie, the number of coins will determine the winner
