Ultimate Tic Tac Toe (Simple)

(think X and O)Blue starts off and is able to play anywhere, however, the location he decides to play on the small grid decides which grid the next player is allowed to play on. First person to get a tic tac toe of won grids wins! The green tiles are where you are allowed to go.



This is a simple pass your phone game currently, I plan to add online services soon.
