■ Resolving App Launch Errors
If a user experiences occasional crashing or freezing when using the latest version of Android 12, there are two possible solutions to resolve the issue. We recommend attempting Solution 1 first, and then proceeding with Solution 2 if needed.

Solution 1
1. Go to the Google Play Store → user profile icon in the upper right corner → [App and Device Management] → [Manage].
2. Touch Android System Webview → Remove.
3. Reboot device.

Solution 2
Search for and download the app from the Google Play Store.
1. Go to Google Store, search for Android System Webview, and delete the app.
2. Reboot the device.
