"Strong woman" is a realistic gym simulator in which you will perform various exercises, following the training plan, and help your character get in shape.

You will also have to monitor the proper nutrition of your character, since you will need to eat food to restore energy, and not all food is equally healthy.

And remember: No pain - no gain!
